The following discloses our information gathering and security procedures for the NetTeller system personal profile. To fully access the interactive feature offered on this site, we require each user to create a personal profile. Customer information provided by you and gathered through this NetTeller system shall become the property of The Conway National Bank.

We take your personal privacy seriously. We understand your need to protect and safeguard sensitive personal and financial information. When using the NetTeller system, you can expect the same confidentiality and security you have when visiting your neighborhood branch, or as otherwise specifically agreed to or required by law. Our employees may access information about you only when needed to maintain your accounts or otherwise meet your needs. We train our employees to safeguard information according to established security standards and procedures, and we continually assess new technology for protecting information.

Cookies
The Conway National Bank uses a common browser feature to set a "cookie" on your computer. A cookie is a small data file that allows an application to both store and retrieve login information through the user's browser. The NetTeller system application uses cookies to save your ID when navigating from page to page and allows you access to member-restricted areas of the site. Cookies cannot read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites.
